Mitra Khodadadi is a pianist and piano instructor based in Toronto. She began studying piano at the age of three and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance and a Master’s degree in Music Theory from McGill University, where she studied with Professors Sara Laimon and Robert Hasegawa.

In addition to her performance and academic training, she completed a Minor in Music Education with a focus on children and teenagers, equipping her with effective and engaging pedagogical approaches for young learners. She has also participated in numerous masterclasses to further develop her musicianship and teaching practice.

Mitra has been teaching piano since 2015 and has worked as a private instructor in Montreal since 2018, guiding students of all ages and levels. She also served as a Teaching Assistant at McGill University in 2022 and 2023, gaining valuable experience in a university-level teaching environment.

Her teaching approach is structured, thoughtful, and tailored to each student, with an emphasis on both technical development and fostering a lasting appreciation for music.
